Sassuolo vs Padova

UEFA Champions League, 01.05.2013, 20:45h

Sassuolo is currently on the top of the table. They are very close to Serie A promotion and a victory here will almost see them promoted. Sassuolo lost 1:2 in the previous round from Modena, while before that won 2:1 against Bari. As You can see, the last two games have finished with Over 2.5 goals. For this match Sassuolo coach Eusebio Di Francesco has two suspended players – the goalkeeper Alberto Pomini and the forward Andrea Catellani. sassuolovspadovaPadova is good in the last period. They are unbeaten on the last five occasions. At that period Padova won against Ascoli and Crotone, while shared the points with Novara, Cittadella and Varese. But something else is important for my pick – most of Padova games were efficient. Last weekend they played a six-goals encounter (3:3) with Novara. Aniello    Cutolo is in good form, he scored 3 goals on the last four matches, while Emiliano Bonazzoli and Ze Eduardo are also in good form, each of them have scored two goals. I expect an efficient match at Stadio Alberto Braglia in Modena. First of all, both teams have played efficient matches in the last period. I already wrote about Padova, but Sassuolo is also in mini-series of two matches that finished with Over 2.5 goals. They won 2:1 against Bari and lost with the same result from Modena. But the key reason for my pick is the absence of the first goalkeeper Alberto Pomini. He played all 39 games so far and his absence is a big handicap for the hosts. That is why I am expecting goals.

Bet: Over 2.5 @ 1.90
